Privacy policy

This is an interim policy, written in plain language, while a lawyer-reviewed version is prepared. It describes what this website actually does today.

Who runs this website

Filone Inc. operates this website on behalf of Marty Heid Fence LLC, 17415 Livingston Avenue, Lutz, FL 33559. When you send the estimate form, Filone Inc. receives it in order to pass it to Marty Heid Fence LLC.

What we collect

When you send the estimate form we collect what you type: your name, phone number, ZIP code, what you need, and — if you add them — the fence type, your message and your email address. We also record the exact consent wording you saw and its version, the page you sent it from, the time, your IP address and your browser type, and any ad-click or campaign codes that were in the link you arrived on.

How we use it

Only to contact you about your fence estimate, by phone or email, using the details you gave us. Sending the form is not a condition of any purchase.

Who sees it

Your request is shared with Marty Heid Fence LLC and with the services that deliver it to them (web hosting and email delivery). We do not sell your information and do not share it with other marketers.

Analytics and advertising

This site uses Google tags to measure which ads bring visitors and whether a visit led to a call or an estimate request. Those tags never receive your name, phone number, email or message.

Your choices

To ask what we hold about you, or to have it removed, contact Marty Heid Fence LLC at (813) 730-5420.
